AutomotiveNL promotes business relationships between Dutch firms and foreign markets. In an effort to strengthen the international position of its members and provide effective support to affiliated companies that are, or would like to be, operating internationally. The company also pursues targeted promotional activities and helps businesses capitalize on economic opportunities by organizing business outreach activities, such as trade missions, participation at trade fairs and networking events.

As the same time AutomotiveNL is working to develop a globalization strategy. Our focus is on particular countries, with the specific opportunities in each country evaluated independently. We are working closely on these efforts with the global IA network (a division of the Netherlands Enterprise Agency) and NFIA (Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency). Our tactics involve a more comprehensive approach that will lead to long-term, strategic international partnerships. At the same time, AutomotiveNL participates in a variety of European programmes.
